[13:24:24] Merch I ordered the International Herald Tribune through Barnes and Noble. I just got off the phone with BN technical support, who confirms that it should arrive each (7 days) day of the week, but that no issues had been issued from the publisher for July 3rd and July 7th.

[13:26:34] Merch At best the IHT periodicity is misleading; at worst there's a disconnect from the publication and the Nook distribution channel. I have less than a week, however, to figure out what this means to me before I start getting charged.

[13:28:52] Merch Although technical support said that the missing issues had not been billed, that is somewhat confusing when billing is on a monthly basis (fortnightly for the trial); it's reminiscent of overtime for salaried workers.
